01 Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition you received it.
• Be unworn and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

02 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us right away. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

03 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind your bank or card provider may need extra time before the refund appears in your account.
